Capacity/waiting list procedures:
The Dojang Korean Martial Arts Academy, LLC has had record growth over the last two years and is approaching capacity in the afterschool program. Should we reach capacity the following priority will apply towards our waiting list.
1. Year round repeat students billing through EFT – Space Guaranteed
2. Repeat students who did summer maintenance night classes billing through EFT
3. Repeat students billing through EFT
4. New year round students billing through EFT
5. New students billing through EFT
6. Scholarship or CAPS students
7. Repeat students billing in-house
8. New students billing in-house – Lowest priority space at risk
Our planned capacity for 2010/2011 School Year is 32
As of July 20,2010 we have 20 signed agreements and 6 verbal commitments. Please stop by and reserve your spot this week.
