Summer Camp Parents

Dear Parent,
This weekend the outside units (compressors) for our air conditioning were stolen. A police report has been filed and our landlord has sent HVAC personnel to estimate the work required to repair/replace. Since the exact timeline to complete the repairs is unknown at this time, we have made arrangements with Faith Community Church for space.
We will have the following procedures until our HVAC is restored;
Morning drop off will remain at the Dojang (505).
All food will be stored in the Dojang fridge please do not send heat up food until further notice, just cold sack lunch.
All backpacks, etc. will remain stored at the Dojang (505).
Lunch and silent reading time will be at the church (455).
Pickup will be from the church (455).
